We Currently Offer Aqua Tots Starting at 4 months of age, your
children can learn to be
comfortable in the water. An excellent program in which parents are active
participants in teaching their children water safety. AquaQuest Levels 1-12 , teach basic swimming
skills to the non-swimmer right up to advanced lifesaving skills. Young or old, your family members will benefit from the Red Cross program that
not only teaches swimming, but water, boat and ice safety—things that,
in a northern community like ours, are part of everyday life. So, if you
haven’t done so already, register today. Aqua-Adults It’s never too late to learn new skills. By closing the window blinds, our friendly staff can teach you to swim in privacy. Aqua Fitness Participate in our “ Go at your own speed “ fitness program. Whether you want to work up a sweat or simply stretch your muscles, get out and get moving.
