16 years old-not a chance.
17 years old-better talk to Mom & Dad.
18 years old-you're on your own.
Can only be issued to one or both applicants.
Both parties must complete and sign application-available at the Municipal Office- No waiting periods or blood tests required.
$75.00-cash or cheque payable to Township of Hornepayne
Expires three months from date of issue.
Divorced? You require original or Court certified copies of papers or Certificate of Divorce (issued by Canadian Courts only).
Appointments not required. Come in to Township office to pick up an application.

Lottery Licensing

The Corporation of the Township of Hornepayne has the authority to issue lottery licenses for the majority of lottery schemes in our municipality.

The Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations issues the licenses that local municipalities cannot. Such as, raffles over $50,000, bingos over $5,500.

Charitable groups that raise funds through gaming are required to report their profits and show what the profits were being used for.

The fee structure set-up by the Township of Hornepayne is 3% of the prize awarded within the lottery, whether it is a bingo, raffle or break open ticket lottery.

To obtain an application and terms & conditions for lottery licenses please pick them up at the municipal office, 68 Front Street, Hornepayne.
