To promote wellness and healthy lifestyles for the community, long-term-care residents, patients, and employees of the Hospital.

To be financially stable by the continuous monitoring and utilization of physical and human resources.
To work with community, LHIN #13, and other stakeholders to assess the needs of the population served and design programs/enhance services to meet their needs.
To provide services in language of choice where possible.
To recruit and retain health care professionals as needed.
To provide an environment that promotes a culture of staff and client safety on an ongoing basis.
To promote a positive work-life culture and support work life balance by ongoing monitoring of Health & Wellness initiatives, staff education, smoking cessation, and other programs.
To promote and foster a quality improvement culture throughout the organization using appropriate indicators and monitoring on an ongoing basis.
